We are a wine bag manufacturer, so the bag is the starting point. You get paper, felt, leather and Christmas styles, each made to fit your bottle and carry your brand. Box-and-bag sets are available when the order calls for a full gift presentation.
Every bag starts with your bottle dimensions or a sample. We handle structure, material and print in-house, so the handle, base and gusset are built for the bottle weight, not guessed. Send us your bottle and we will match the bag to it.

How We Build
Board Standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits, with facing paper from 157 g. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper.
Insert Rule
The bottle is held at four points, never by the neck or shoulder alone. We shake, tilt and invert to confirm it stays put.
Control Tolerances
Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on inserts, plus or minus 2 mm on the box body. Foldable creases must not crack and corners sit at 90 degrees.
In-House Checks
Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop with bottle loaded, 40 kg top load for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles vary more than wine bottles. Two 750 ml bottles can differ in height, shoulder profile, diameter and filled weight. We size inserts from physical samples, not stated capacity, so every bottle sits tight.
Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
For corporate gifting, the opening moment is the product. A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside of the doors into printable space for origin, vintage, serving notes or a client message. It changes how the box is felt before the bottle is touched.
Foldable Export Wine Box
Rigid boxes look good but eat container space. A foldable export wine box ships flat, stores compact at your warehouse, and erects square when you need it. We prove the structure on a physical sample before production.
